Column Structure

BDayDay of week — Monday, Tuesday, etc.
CNet SalesDollar amount, no $ symbol, e.g. 1842.50
DGuest CountWhole number, e.g. 134
ELabor %Percentage as decimal, e.g. 28.5 (not 0.285)
FAvg TicketDollar amount, no $ symbol, e.g. 13.75
GItem WasteDaily count of wasted items — whole number, e.g. 4

Setup Steps

  1. 1Go to sheets.google.com → click Blank spreadsheet.
  2. 2Name it "Qargo Coffee KPI 2026" (or "58mm Coffee KPI 2026").
  3. 3Rename the default Sheet1 tab to "API_Data" — right-click the tab → Rename.
  4. 4Add a header row: Date | Net Sales | Guest Count | Labor Cost | Labor % | Ticket Count | Average Ticket | Item Waste Count. Enter daily actuals in each row below.
  5. 5For staff performance tracking: click the + button → name the new tab "Staff_Data" → add a header row: Date | Staff Name | Avg Ticket. Enter one row per staff member per day.
  6. 6Share the sheet: Share → Change to anyone with the link → Viewer → copy the URL.
  7. 7Paste the URL into the dashboard gear icon (⚙) for each brand. Both the KPI metrics and Top Performer sections will load from the same sheet.
